7 Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Active accounts: Personal data is retained for the duration of your account relationship with pjili.
• Closed accounts: Following account closure, pjili retains personal data for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with AML/CTF obligations and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Financial transaction data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Support communications: Customer support records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing data: Where consent has been withdrawn, marketing data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of the opt-out request.

After the applicable retention period, pjili will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.
